Elena Vilarín SeivaneEuropean Parliament chair

    Elena Vilarín Seivane was born in Spain 23 years ago in a small town in the Galician coast. She started her academic career in Spain where she pursued a degree in Foreign Languages, Linguistics and Communication. Later on she moved to England to continue her studies at the University of Manchester and came back to specialize in Mediation and Conflict Resolution at the University of Vigo. Currently, Elena is a second year EU Law student at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Next to her studies, she works as promotion coordinator for a non-profit organisation and collaborates with several projects such as TEDxMaastricht, the Ambassador Lecture Series, YO!Fest 2017 or the International Student’s Ambassador’s Programme. As a MUN enthusiast, Elena has taken part in several European and international conferences including SEIMUN’16, and she is looking forward to come back to Andalucia to share this fantastic experience with all of you.
