Leila Sant has been born in Spain but grew up in China for many years, and has had the opportunity to live and travel around the world. Being in touch with other cultures has sparked her interest in international affairs, and specifically, in human rights.
In addition, Leila has participated as a delegate in MUN’S around the world: WorldMun, C’Mun MUIMUN, and HolylandMun, receiving awards and distinctions, and is looking forward to be a first time chair for SEIMUN 2016!
After completing her undergraduate degree in Law in the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Leila has pursued and completed her Master’s degree. She has also been able to work as an intern for some of the Spanish most prestigious law firms. Moreover, Leila has participated twice in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Competition and in the II Edition of the International Criminal Court Moot Court.
